Frugal Funeral Flowers Use More Commonly Grown Flowers |

Sending frugal funeral flowers or sharing the cost of flowers to send to a funeral is a good way to remember someone who has died. Sometimes funeral flower arrangements can be made so that they use the less expensive flowers compared to the more costly flowers like roses or lillies. Daisies and mums make nice frugal funeral flowers, combined with baby's breath and green fern stalks, and the total cost won't be excessive. It's a comfort for the family and friends of the recently deceased to look at the funeral flowers at the ceremony and then afterwards at home. Nothing is cheap anymore, but you can still send funeral flowers without bearing much financial burden. Sometimes you can even share the cost with another friend or family member, but if you buy the flower bouquets using less expensive flowers, you may not have to share the cost with others. Sometimes the family requests donations to a charity in lieu of flowers, and if you felt like it, you could respect their wishes by sending just a single rose, along with a card that thanks you for your donation on behalf of the deceased. |
